Introduction of QFH grid device for measuring surface film performance of furniture

The QFH cross-cutting device is designed and manufactured according to the international standard of 15024 09-1992 and also meets the requirements of the national standard of GB- 4893.4-85.

This instrument is mainly used to measure the adhesion performance of the paint film on the surface of wood products with a thickness of less than 250µm to the substrate, or the fastness of the combination of the bottom and top coatings. During the test, hold the handle of the scratcher, make the multi-edged cutter perpendicular to the plane of the sub-sample, and cut two groups of grid-shaped cuts at right angles to each other on the surface of the paint film. The cutting speed is 20-50 mm/s. The force should be uniform and steady. Then, use a paint brush to gently flick off the floating debris on the surface, then press and paste the oxidation cast adhesive plaster on the test area of the sample with your fingers, and tear it off along the diagonal direction. Down.

Finally, the grade of paint film adhesion is evaluated according to the peeling of the sample surface. The instrument has the characteristics of small size and convenient operation. It is not only suitable for the laboratory, but also can be used for the construction site.
