What is heating power?

What is the difference between PID and ICC temperature control techniques?

a.Band limit:内外差极限

d. Co-speed factor:

● 当仪器进行外部温度控制时,这个参数会影响达到设定温度的时间。增大“cospeed”值,会减少达到设定温度的时间,但是可能会增大温度过冲。


两点式制冷和比例式制冷

两点式制冷,指设备的制冷系统只有“开”和“关”两种状态。

比例式制冷,指设备的制冷系统拥有一个特殊的电磁阀,可以自动调节设备

的制冷功率,使制冷功率能够被精准控制,还能节省高达 90% 的能源。

如何计算需要的制冷或加热功率?

通过以下公式计算:

P = (m * c* dT ) / t

P = 制冷 / 加热功率,单位 kW

m = 浴液或物料的质量,单位 kg

c = 比热 ( 水 = 4.2 / 酒精 = 2.5 / 硅油 = 1.8)

dT = 温度改变量,单位℃

t = 制冷 / 加热所需时间,单位 S

● 一要考虑到总质量(M)是不同部分的总和,例如:循环器内部、管路中、反应釜的夹套、反应釜内部等。按照以上计算公式进行的制冷 / 加热所需功率的简单计算,并不包含不同部分浴液的质量或其它可以造成功率损失的因素。

● 造成功率损失的因素,例如:管路(长度,绝热性),夹套浴槽 / 反应釜(材质,厚度,表面积),环境温度高,浴槽开口等。为了确保我们计算的制冷 / 加热功率足够,通常在计算时应引入 20~30 %的功率损失。

循环泵知识

循环泵体系

JULABO 的设备采用良好的浸入式循环泵,经过长时间机械摩擦和浴油附着仍旧能够正常工作。循环泵不仅能使浴槽内部浴液能够有良好的循环,并且可以使整个设备体系中的浴液形成一个循环回路。JULABO 的经济型和程控型循环器以及冷水机配备的都是压力泵,型号不同,泵功率不同,主要针对密闭体系的应用。

所有专业人士型控制器的的循环泵为压力泵和吸力泵,这种类型的泵不论是在密闭体系还是开口体系,都能达到很好的压力、吸力以及流量值。除此之外,MA 和 ME 型号及专业人士型控制器的循环泵可以自动调节泵级,当这些型号设备与玻璃产品连接时,能够通过修改设备的最大泵压来避免对玻璃产品的损坏。The new PRESTO(除 A30 外) feature pumps which can be adjusted in 4 stages via a pressure setpoint.

压力泵

进给压力

进给压力是指循环泵在泵出口具有的泵压值,如果产品参数中只有一个泵压值,则这个值代表的是流速为 0 时循环泵的最大泵压。

进给吸力

进给吸力是指压力吸力循环泵所能够提供的吸力,如果产品参数中只有一个吸力值,则这个值代表的是进给压力为 0 时循环泵的最大吸力。

流速

流速是指单位时间内循环泵泵入的浴液体积,如果产品参数中只有一个流速值,则这个值代表的是泵压为 0 时循环泵的最大流速。


制冷及噪音

什么是风冷?
