Each component was weighed according to the weight percentage of the components of the water-based polyurethane anti-corrosion coating for the outer surface of the container, and prepared according to the following steps and process conditions:
(1) Under the condition of stirring at 200-600r/min, add the film-forming aid, antifreeze, and salt spray hydrophobic agent in the formula in sequence, and stir for 5-10 minutes to prepare a premixed solution for later use;
(2) Under the condition of stirring at 200-600r/min, add tap water, anti-corrosion and anti-fungal agent, pH regulator, anti-sedimentation agent, wetting and dispersing agent, defoaming agent in turn in the formula, and stir for 5-10 minutes; Stir at -1200r/min, add organic and inorganic pigments, anti-rust pigments, body fillers and the premixed solution prepared in step (1) in the formula, and then disperse at a high speed of 1800-3000 r/min for 20- Grinding for 30 minutes or at a speed of 2800-4000 r/min for 10-20 minutes until the fineness reaches below 40 μm, the pigment paste is prepared;
(3) Under the stirring condition of 600-800r/min, add the above-mentioned pigment paste into the mixture of water-based polyurethane emulsion and acrylic emulsion in the formula, stir at 800-1000 r/min for 10-20min, and add it to the formula The leveling agent or base material wetting agent and thickener can be stirred evenly, placed and matured for 30-60min, and the outer surface of the container is coated with water-based polyurethane anti-corrosion coating, and the construction can be carried out.
