Paints and thinners for single coatings should pay attention to matching. Special attention should be paid to the relative matching use when preparing multi-layer coating coatings and thinners, and must not be confused during modulation. The most satisfactory multi-coating is in line with the type of bottom, middle and surface coatings selected for coating. The same type of bottom, middle and surface coatings and thinners can be used in combination with each other, and it is much more convenient to prepare coatings (except those that are not allowed to be used together).
Coating layers and coating thickness, the requirements for coating modulation (also the requirements for coating operations) are: the viscosity of the bottom and middle layers of coatings should be small, and the coating should be adjusted at any time to ensure that it is always a thin layer of coating; the surface coating should be adjusted to the specified viscosity, generally slightly larger than the bottom and middle layers. Each layer of paint should be filtered and used, and fully stirred during modulation and adjusted at any time. Coatings with high decorative properties are required, and the surface coatings should generally be filtered twice (filter screens of different mesh numbers can be used)
