1. How to use the UV energy meter
1) Turn the switch on the right side of the UV energy meter to the open position, which is the "ON" position. At this time, the number "0" mj/cm2 (millijoules/square centimeter) will be displayed on the display.
2) To prepare for measurement, face the sensor window of the UV energy meter to the ultraviolet light source to ensure the validity of the measurement.
3) After the UV energy meter has been irradiated by the light source for a certain period of time, the sensed UV energy has been recorded. At this time, the energy value can be read from the display screen on the front of the UV energy meter . The corresponding unit of the energy value is: mj /cm2 (millijoules/square centimeter).
4) Every time, when performing a new measurement, turn off the UV energy meter as needed , and then turn it on again. The display will reset to "0" mj/cm2 (millijoules per square centimeter). Then you can continue to operate according to the above steps.
2. Nursing method of UV energy meter
1) Do not collide or shake the UV energy meter frequently.
2) After the UV energy meter is used, turn off the instrument in time and put it back in the packaging box for storage.
3) When measuring, please avoid placing the LCD screen on the front of the UV energy meter directly in a strong light or high heat environment.
4) When measuring, do not look directly at the UV light source to avoid strong light radiation on the bare skin.
