Operation steps of PHS-3C digital display acidity meter:


(1) Check whether the wiring of the acidity meter is intact. Turn on the power, press the power switch on the back, and warm up for 30 minutes before use.


(2) Take off the electrode sleeve on the composite electrode (note, do not break the saturated KC! 1 volume in the electrode sleeve and withdraw or pour it out), rinse the electrode head with steamed water, and dry the residual water with filter paper.

(3) Before the measurement, the pH meter should be calibrated first, and the two-point positioning calibration method can be used, as follows:

① Turn on the power switch and press the "pH/mV" button to make the instrument enter the pH measurement state;

②Use a thermometer to measure the temperature of the solution to be measured. If the temperature of the measured solution is 25°C, press the "Temperature" knob to the measured value of 25°C, then press the "Enter" button to return to the pH measurement state;

③Adjust the slope knob to the maximum value;

④ Open the electrode sleeve, rinse the electrode head with steamer 7J<, carefully blot the electrode head dry with absorbent paper, put the composite electrode into the standard buffer solution with a pH value of 6.86, and make the solution submerge the electrode head. Shake the glass ball gently, and when the reading is stable, press the "Position" button, and the displayed value is "6.86", which is the standard pH value of the liquid at 25°C, and then press the "Confirm" button to return to the pH measurement state;

⑤Take out the electrode, wash it, blot it dry, put it into the standard buffer solution with a pH value of 4.01, shake it well, and when the reading is stable, press the "Slope" key to make the displayed value be the standard pH value of the solution at 25°C. 4. 01 ”, press the “OK” button to return to the pH measurement state;

⑥Take out the electrode, wash it, and blot it dry; repeat the calibration until the measured values ​​of the two standard banyan solutions are basically consistent with the standard pH value.

Note: In the same day's use, as long as the instrument knob does not change, it is not necessary to repeat the calibration.


(4) After the calibration process is over, enter the measurement state. Clean the electrode with distilled water, put the composite electrode into the beaker containing the solution to be tested, shake it gently, and record the reading after the reading is stable.


(5) After the test is completed, remove the solution, rinse the electrode with distilled anchor water, blot dry, put on the sleeve, and turn off the power.
