2. Apparatus and Materials

3. Measurement method
(1) If it is a batch of unopened containers to be tested, it should be selected in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1, Section 1 of this book.
Select the number of containers to be inspected.
(2) Clean the outside of the container, weigh the total weight of the container and the contents one by one, and take the arithmetic mean.
(3) Pour out the contents of the container, scrub the container, cap or stopper with an appropriate solvent and dry them completely.
(4) Weigh the empty containers with lids or stoppers one by one, and take the arithmetic mean.
(5) If the volume of the contents is required, the contents of the test should be thoroughly mixed.
