1. Basic color paint
1. Cellulose is the key to the gel system and needs to be added;
2. The protective glue helps to make the thicker form the internal "card house" structure and improve the toughness of colorful particles:
3. The viscosity of the base paint affects the coarsening shape, and VS affects the flatness of the paint film;
4. Surfactant can effectively moisten the "card house" structure, and TSPP can reduce viscosity (it can be considered as structural wetting);
5. For emulsions with poor compatibility with protective glue, the particles are easy to swell and have poor water resistance;
2. Granulation
1. An appropriate amount of protective glue will help the particles form a "stuck house" shell and avoid secondary aggregation;
2. Pass the whole TSPP into the protective glue to avoid precipitation, thickening and re-aggregation of particles;
3. Color matching and paint making
1. Emulsion with poor compatibility with protective glue, colorful paint gelled, pseudoplastic and thick;
2. Thickeners containing strong polar cationic groups can easily cause thickening of colorful paints;
3. Jinming emulsion is conducive to improving the effect of opening the can and facilitating the secondary repair construction.
4. The KU of colorful paint is about 90, and the large particles can also be adjusted to 100-120.
