1. Formula:
Polyvinyl alcohol glue solution 60, carboxymethyl cellulose solution 40, lime calcium powder 35, Shuangfei powder 45, lithopone 10, appropriate amount of pigment, talcum powder 10.

2. Production process:
1. Add 5kg of polyvinyl alcohol and 95kg of water and heat it to about 90 degrees, until the polyvinyl alcohol is completely dissolved, it will be glue.
2. Add 98 kg of water to 2 kg of carboxymethyl cellulose to dissolve (use it after 12 hours), which is carboxymethyl cellulose liquid.
3. Prepare the paint according to the proportion and stir evenly.
4. Grind the proportioned coating twice with a three-roll machine or a sand mill.
5. Put the ground slurry into an alkali-resistant container (such as a plastic bucket) to be the finished product, and keep it sealed.
6. According to the needs of brushing, scraping and spraying, the amount of polyvinyl alcohol glue and carboxymethyl cellulose can be adjusted appropriately.
7. Since the paint is alkaline, alkali-resistant pigments should be used, such as: iron yellow, iron oxide red, iron brown, chromium oxide green, etc. Using color paste as coloring pigment for toning is better than the product directly using pigment, but the cost is slightly higher.
