When it is necessary to produce varnish, relevant engineers or technicians can be notified to follow up and guide. Notify the relevant colorist to color the color when the paint is produced. When stirring, adjust the appropriate number of rotations of the disperser, neither too fast nor too slow, to prevent uneven stirring or paint splashing. After the varnish is stirred, the operator fills in the inspection form and sends it to the quality inspection department. The quality inspection department sends relevant personnel to carry out the inspection. After the inspection is passed, the quality control department notifies the production department to filter and pack. After processing and passing the inspection again by the quality inspection department, notify the production department to filter the packaging.
