(1) Prepare raw materials according to the paint formula;
(2) Add 111kg of water into the tank of the paint dispersing mixer, start the mixer (speed 300r/min), slowly add ammonia water, thermosetting acrylic resin, defoamer, rutile titanium dioxide and mix well;
(3) Increase the speed of the mixer to above 1000r/min, and stir for 20~30min;
(4) Reduce the speed, add the remaining raw materials, adjust the viscosity to pass, and stir evenly;
(5) Shutdown, filtration, discharge, barreling, storage.
