1. Before production, the equipment should be carefully checked to make it in a clean and intact state, and the operators should wear safety protective equipment.
2. Weigh an appropriate amount of acrylic resin, and add all the pentaerythritol and chlorinated paraffin into the batching tank after accurate weighing. After adding the materials, use a high-speed mixer to stir for more than 30 minutes.
3. The prepared materials are ground by ball milling, the grinding time should be more than 60 minutes, and the fineness of the primer should be controlled below 100 μm.
4. While grinding, add the remaining paint and other pigments and fillers into the dilution kettle, and stir for 2-3 hours with high-speed stirring.
5. After the fineness of the ground material is qualified, it will be poured into the diluting kettle, stirred for 30 minutes, and then poured into the bucket. When filling the bucket, it needs to be filtered with a 120-mesh screen.
6. Clean up the equipment and production site in time at the end of production.
