Production process (taking 1 ton as an example):
① Add 180kg of water to the dispersion tank, start to rotate, then add 1.5kg of defoamer, 2kg of hydroxyethyl cellulose, disperse at high speed for 15 minutes, then add 2kg of multifunctional additives, and stir for 5 minutes;
② Under low-speed stirring, add 4kg dispersant, 2kg wetting agent, 20kg propylene glycol, 20kg film-forming aid, and stir for 5 minutes;
③ In the state of high-speed dispersion, add 50kg of titanium dioxide, 50kg of kaolin, and 200kg of heavy calcium in order to disperse for 30 minutes;
④ Under low-speed stirring, add 50kg of modified bentonite aqueous solution, 400kg of silicon-acrylic emulsion, 2.5kg of thick paste defoamer, 2kg of antiseptic and bactericide, and stir for about 10 minutes until uniform;
⑤ Under low-speed stirring, slowly add the hydrophobic modified thickener diluted with 1:1 water until the viscosity of the slurry reaches 120-120KU.
So far, the texture paint slurry has been prepared.
2. The round sand used in the texture coating is divided into: 16-20 mesh, 20-30 mesh, 30-40 mesh, 50-80 mesh and the same level.
