Introduction to the working principle of the lifting pHmeter automatic cleaning instrument

This paper mainly introduces the structure and function of the automatic cleaning instrument of the lifting PH meter in detail . In the control scheme, the analyzer probe is washed, brushed and chemically cleaned at the same time, and the analyzer probe is returned to the process medium after cleaning to continue the measurement. Because this device installs the automatic cleaning equipment outside the process medium, it avoids the complex components in the process medium from affecting the normal operation of the automatic cleaning equipment, and also reduces the requirements for materials, and it can also integrate multiple cleaning methods to make the analyzer The cleaning efficiency of the probe is doubled. This form of automatic cleaning device overcomes the shortcomings of mechanical cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, water washing and other automatic cleaning devices that can only be installed in the process medium in the past, and improves the overall reliability and continuity of measurement work. The structure of the automatic cleaning device is shown in Figure 1.
