Using color-changing paint printing, the color of the pattern changes as the temperature changes, producing a unique dynamic effect.
The production process is:
1. Pulp mixing→printing→drying and color fixing.
2. The prescription for single-use color-changing pigment printing is: R03-5GL red 150g, appropriate amount of urea and water (1:1), appropriate amount of AH-101 adhesive, appropriate amount of AH-10 thickener M (to adjust the consistency), and synthesize 1kg. In hot water above 40~50℃, it turns from red to colorless.
The prescription for color-changing paint and ordinary paint is: 8701 purple 0.1g, 8301 blue 0.2g, R03-5GL red 150g,
Appropriate amount of urea and water (1:1), AH-101 binder 150g, A state pulp x, AH-10 thickener M (to adjust the consistency), and synthesize 1kg.
In hot water above 40°C, it turns from deep purple to royal blue.
Technical conditions: color fixing temperature 100~105°C, time 30~40min; or 125°C 20min; or 150°C 3~4min.
The color fastness of the color-changing towel is basically the same as that of ordinary paint, and the soaping fastness and rubbing fastness are even better.
