Production process: amino resin, alkyd resin → mixing (butanol, xylene) → mixing (silicone oil) → filtration → product
Production process: Mix melamine resin with low degree of etherification, 37% undecylenic acid alkyd resin, xylene and butanol evenly, add organic silicon oil solution, fully blend evenly, and filter to obtain A01-8 amino drying varnish.
Powder coating production process and its technology

Production process: Epoxy resin→crushing→premixing (other materials)→extruding into flakes→crushing→sieving→packing
Production process: After the epoxy resin is pulverized, it is pre-mixed with the rest of the materials, and sent to the powder coating screw extruder through the metering tank and the screw feeder. The heating temperature of the extruder is controlled at 120°C, and the extruded product is pressed into flakes. After cooling, it is broken into pieces, then crushed and sieved by a micro-powder machine, and then packaged.
Putty production process and technology

Production process: perchlorethylene resin solution → dissolving (alkyd resin, maleic anhydride resin) → mixing (other raw materials) → grinding → finished product
Production process: first mix and dissolve perchlorethylene resin liquid, long-oil linseed oil alkyd resin, and maleic anhydride resin liquid, then add other raw materials and stir evenly, send it to a three-roll machine for grinding until it is fine and uniform, That is, the finished product is obtained.
Water-based paint production process and its technology

Production process: zinc oxide, sodium pyrophosphate, β-naphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, part of water→grinding→mixing (other materials)→filtering→finished product
Production process: Mix and grind zinc oxide, sodium pyrophosphate, β-naphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate and 1.88 parts of water (grind in a ball mill for 20 hours), then mix the obtained stable anti-corrosion pigment with the rest of the components, and filter to obtain water-based paint.
