3. In the medium speed state, the rotation speed is 500-600r/min, add 150kg of rutile titanium dioxide, 50kg of calcined kaolin, 100kg of wollastonite, 100kg of heavy calcium, 50kg of talcum powder, 2kg of hydroxyethyl cellulose, After adding, disperse at high speed for 30 minutes;

4. After the dispersion is uniform, perform 1-2 times of sand grinding to make the fineness reach 50-60μm (tested with a scraper Fineness Meter);

5. After the fineness meets the requirements, add 12kg of film-forming aids, 300kg of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 1.5kg of defoamers, and about 1.2kg of multi-functional additives under low-speed stirring, so that the pH value of the slurry at this time is 9- 10 (tested with PH test paper);

6. Dilute the alkali-swellable thickener with 3 times of water, that is, add about 6kg of thickener to 18kg of water, stir evenly, and then slowly add it to the slurry. In the same way, use 12kg of water to dilute 4 ㎏Associative thickener, stir evenly, and then slowly add to the slurry until the viscosity of the slurry reaches 90-100kμ (tested by Stormer);

7. Check the pH value of the slurry again to make it reach 8-9;

8. Filter the slurry that meets the requirements with 120 mesh emery cloth;

9. Canning, measuring, storage.
