Preparation Method of Asphalt Resistant Coating

A preparation method for an asphalt-resistant paint, the method consists of the following steps:

(1) Preparation of polyester resin

(2) At room temperature, add 4050 acrylic resin and prepared polyester resin into the paint mixing tank, add xylene and butyl acetate under stirring state, dissolve evenly, test the viscosity of 4 cups after 25-30s use.

(3) Add polyurethane resin to the homogeneous solution obtained in step (2), and stir at a medium speed of 800 r/s for 2 hours at room temperature.

(4) Adjust the stirring to 400r/s low-speed stirring, add 138 amino resin to the solution obtained in step (3), and stir for 10 minutes.

(5) Add PMA and TSP to the solution obtained in step (4), and continue stirring for 10 minutes.

(6) Add MIBK to the solution obtained in (5), adjust the viscosity of Tu-4 cup to 25-35s, and discharge the material after passing the performance test according to the technical indicators.

The asphalt-resistant coating is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

TSP is a high molecular weight solvent containing surfactant produced by Deqian Company;

The acrylic resin is 4050 acrylic resin produced by High Point Chemical Co., Ltd.;

Amino resin adopts 138 amino resin produced by Aksu Company;

The polyurethane resin adopts D2 polyurethane resin produced by Degussa Company;

Polyester resin is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

(1) Put the phthalic anhydride, adipic acid, trimethylolpropane, neopentyl glycol and xylene weighed in proportion into a reaction pot with a water separator and raise the temperature to 110°C. After the contents of the reaction pot are basically melted, start Stir and heat up to 130-140°C to start reflux.

(2) Continuously release and weigh the generated water, continue to raise the temperature, stop releasing water at 190°C and start to keep warm, and the temperature is controlled between 190-210°C.

(3) When the solvent in the water separator is clear, measure the acid value of the polyester resin solution in the reaction pot until the acid value reaches 15-20mgKOH/g, indicating that the reaction process has reached the end, cool to 50°C and use propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and butyl acetate Ester diluted.

(4) Sampling, after the performance is qualified according to the technical index test, the material is filtered out.
