Preparation of Ultraviolet curing Pottery and porcelain Coatings

1. Mix 30-60wt% (meth)acrylic modified prepolymer, 10-50wt% reactive acrylate monomer and 2-6wt% photoinitiator in the total system, and heat up to 50-60°C , stir evenly;

2. Then add 0.5-5wt% additives in the total system, and stir well until completely dissolved.

3. Add 0-10wt% matte powder (or pigment) and 0-20wt% solvent to the total system, stir, disperse, cool down, and filter to obtain a UV-curable ceramic coating. It can be widely used on substrates such as ceramics, glass and concrete by spraying, flow coating, roller coating or brush coating. It has the advantages of room temperature curing, high production efficiency, environmental protection and energy saving. Its cured coating film has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and good durability.
