2. Production process of styrene-acrylic interior wall engineering paint
(1) Add 300 kg of water to the tank of the dispersion mixer, add hydroxyethyl cellulose, preservative, dispersant, 1 kg of defoamer, film-forming aid, and start the mixer (rotation speed 300 r/min), After stirring evenly, add titanium dioxide, lithopone, activated calcium carbonate, wollastonite powder, light calcium carbonate, talcum powder, and continue stirring for 10 min.
(2) Add thickener, stir at high speed (1000 r/min or more) for more than 30 minutes, so that all materials are fully dispersed and evenly discharged.
(3) The grinding machine grinds to below 30 μm.
(4) Dilute AES-60 with 40 kg of water.
(5) Under low-speed stirring, add the styrene-acrylic emulsion and antifungal agent specified in the formula. After stirring at a low speed for 30 minutes, mix all materials well, add AES-60, ammonia water, and slowly add thickener to adjust Viscosity, just make the viscosity reach 95 KU. After the sampling inspection is qualified, stop the machine and discharge, filter, and barrel to get the finished product.
