1. The shell of the vacuum box needs to be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
2. The vacuum box should work in an environment with a relative humidity of ≤85%, no corrosive gas around, no strong vibration source and strong electromagnetic field.
3. There is no explosion-proof and anti-corrosion treatment in the vacuum box studio, and items that are flammable, explosive, corrosive or volatile gases are not allowed to be placed for drying.
4. The Vacuum Pump cannot work for a long time. Therefore, when the vacuum degree meets the requirements of dry goods, the power of the Vacuum Pump should be turned off. When the vacuum degree is lower than the requirements of dry goods, turn on the power of the Vacuum Pump and continue to vacuum, which can prolong the service life of the Vacuum Pump.
5. If the dry item is too wet, it is better to add a liquid water-proof filter between the vacuum box and the Vacuum Pump in addition to the dry tank, so as to prevent the wet gas from entering the Vacuum Pump and causing the Vacuum Pump to malfunction.
6. In order to prevent the dry items from becoming light weight, small (small granular) items or dust in the working room after drying, entering through the suction port during the vacuuming process and damaging the Vacuum Pump (or solenoid valve), this The product has a filter net at the vacuum port at the bottom of the working room, please pull it out frequently to clean it, so as not to affect the pumping effect.
7. After the vacuum box has been used for many times, it will cause the phenomenon that it cannot be vacuumed. At this time, it can be solved by replacing the door seal or adjusting the protruding distance of the door buckle on the box body or changing the Vacuum Pump oil. (Note: The rubber sealing ring of this product is not oil-resistant!)
8. If the rubber plug of the air release valve is difficult to rotate, it can be lubricated with a proper amount of grease (such as Vaseline) on the inner surface.
9. The vacuum box should always be kept clean. The door glass should not be wiped with a chemical reaction reagent solution, but should be wiped with a soft cotton cloth.
10. If the vacuum box is not used for a long time, the exposed electroplated parts should be wiped clean and coated with neutral grease to prevent corrosion, and put on a plastic film dust cover and placed in a dry room to prevent electrical components from being damaged by moisture. Affect.
