1/ The new national standard has been unified to 750g (there were three kinds of 500/750/1000g before)
2/ According to the international standard, if the coating substrate is very hard, use 1000g, if it is very soft, use 500g, and in other normal cases, choose 750g.
If it is necessary for us to help the customer to select the type, please provide the specific sample to be tested and what substrate to test on?
For another reference,
If the customer's products are domestically oriented, then focus on referring to GB/T 6739. This standard has 1996 and 2006 versions. The difference is that the new standard uses a unified 750g.
If it is for foreign countries, you can refer to ISO15184 and ASTM D3363. These two standards have 500/750/1000g. The selection method is as I just said, choose 500 for soft base, 1000g for hard base, and 750g for normal conditions. .
Regarding the selection of price/brand, imports (such as TQC’s VF2378 750g pencil Hardness Tester with a calibration certificate) do not have domestic ones, and in addition to quality (such as the difference in material/level/weight accuracy and roller setting durability and rationality)
