Moisture meter influence

Trace moisture analyzers are already familiar to everyone, but we don’t know that smog has a major impact on its use. Here, I will share with you.

Fog is an aerosol system composed of a large number of tiny water droplets or ice crystals suspended in the air near the surface. The existence of fog will reduce the transparency of the air and worsen the visibility. If the horizontal visibility of the trace Moisture Meter is reduced to less than 1000 meters, the weather phenomenon of water vapor condensate suspended in the air near the surface is called fog; and trace moisture The phenomenon that the horizontal visibility of the measuring instrument is 1000-10000 meters is called light fog or mist. Atmospheric humidity should be saturated when fog forms.

As far as its trace moisture analyzer is concerned, both fog and cloud are the products of water vapor condensation in the air. Generally, the thickness of fog is relatively small, and the thickness of common trace moisture analyzers is about tens of meters to one to two hundred meters. Fog, like clouds, has a clear boundary with the clear sky area, and the distribution of fog droplet concentration is uneven, and the scale of fog droplets is relatively large, ranging from a few microns to 100 microns, with an average diameter of about 10-20 microns.
