Trace moisture analyzer is also known as Karl Fischer moisture analyzer, and there are moisture analyzers, Moisture Meters, Moisture Meters, moisture Detectors, Moisture Meters, and moisture analyzers in the same category. It is mainly used in the detection of samples with low moisture content. After improvements in recent years, the accuracy has been greatly improved and the measurement range has been expanded.
The measurement rule of the trace moisture analyzer: first, connect the threaded end of the measuring pipe to the switch joint, tighten it with a wrench, and close the needle valve at the other end of the measuring pipe. Then insert one end of the quick connector on the test pipe into the sampling port on the micro-water meter, and connect the exhaust pipe to the air outlet. Finally, connect the switch joint with the SF6 electrical equipment measurement interface and tighten it with a wrench.
Then check the battery. When using DC power, please check the battery level displayed on the upper right corner, if the power level is less than about 20%, please turn off the battery and continue to use it after charging.
Then start the measurement, open all the needle valves on the measuring pipeline of the instrument, adjust the flow with the flow valve on the panel, adjust the flow to about 0.5L/M, and start measuring the SF6 dew point. After the equipment measurement is completed, the data can be saved in the instrument, and the operation menu can be called out by pressing the "OK" key. After a piece of equipment is measured, close the needle valve on the measurement pipeline and the regulating valve on the micro-water meter. Remove the adapter from the SF6 electrical equipment.
