Discussion and Analysis of Computer Control and Simulation for Heat Treatment of Furnace Steel Wire

This paper mainly introduces the automatic control system and corresponding simulation system developed for the heat treatment process of steel wire. This control system can control the temperature of the muffle furnace and lead bath furnace according to the requirements of output, specification, process, etc., or adjust the pulling speed of the steel wire to adapt to the current temperature of the muffle furnace. In turn, better heat treatment effects and yields are obtained.
