The titrator housing can be cleaned with an alcohol-moistened cloth.
Clean the measuring chamber and burette
Clean as follows: a) Empty the measuring chamber. b) Remove the sample plug, measuring electrode and generating electrode. c) Rinse effectively with methanol. Stubborn stains can be removed by washing with a normal cleaner (labware cleaner). d) Wipe dry with a lint-free cloth. e) Dry in a Drying Oven at 70-80°C for several hours. f) Lightly coat the polished areas with the included silicone grease. g) Remove the burette from the burette stand, remove the plunger, and rinse with anhydrous methanol.
Clean the generating electrode and three-way valve
Clean the generator electrode as follows: a) Drain the generator electrode. b) Rinse effectively with methanol. c) Wipe dry with a lint-free cloth.
Clean the three-way valve as follows: a) Remove all connecting pipes. b) Take out the spool of the three-way valve, soak it in absolute ethanol for 8 hours, replace it with absolute ethanol, and pulse ultrasound every 10 seconds until no foreign matter seeps out. c) Wipe dry with a lint-free cloth.
Transport Titrator
Follow the instructions below when you are moving the titrator to a new location. a) Empty the measuring chamber and remove it from the titration stand. b) Remove all connecting hoses. c) Remove all connecting cables. If you are shipping or sending your titrator long distances, please use the complete original packaging.
