When choosing a Spray Gun, you can choose the appropriate nozzle caliber according to the viscosity of the paint, the flow rate of the paint and the amount of paint required to be sprayed, or make a specific selection according to the actual paint output and spray width. Some common application areas and their available gun types are listed below.
1）喷底漆。在涂层中主要起填平补缺、增加涂层厚度的作用，因此底漆的粒度较大，粘度较大，比重较大,强调出漆量要大。建议大喷嘴口径，下边贮漆罐也要大一些。（口径2.0~2.5mm）
2）喷面漆。在雾化程度方面要求高，选用口径较小而雾化好的喷枪。（口径1.5~1.8mm）
3）小部件或工艺品。（口径0.6~1.3mm）

A、涂料用量小，颜色更换次数多——重力式小喷枪（不适用仰面涂装）。

喷漆枪使用方法
喷枪的操作比较简单，准备好基本材料设备后，将喷枪与被喷涂对象表面保持垂直，喷嘴口与表面保持合适的喷涂距离，重叠喷涂。但是要对细节的东西特别注意。喷枪操作要注意三个点，喷涂距离、操作速度、重叠喷涂。
1、喷涂距离
喷枪前端到被喷涂物体的距离，在进行喷涂作业时，保持好一定的喷涂距离进行喷涂。
①过近的情况：容易向下流淌
⇒很难保持膜厚的均一化。
②过远的情况：雾化后的涂料容易飞溅⇒涂料的浪费，工作环境的恶化。
一般情况下，喷枪的喷涂距离在150mm~300mm之间。
2、操作速度
喷枪方向移动速度一般为3~4米/s。
朝向与被涂表面保持垂直、保持一定的速度进行移动。
3、重叠喷涂
通常的喷枪、类似椭圆形的细长圆形、端头慢慢变薄，所以一般情况喷福的大小按照1/2~1/4的重叠进行移动，形成均一的膜厚。
使用完喷枪后，要及时清洗喷枪，避免喷枪清洗不干净影响下次使用。
喷枪清洗
①排出喷枪内的残留油漆。
②使用清洗液，将涂料通路内部清洗干净。
※清洗液清洗过后，接通空气，然后再用清洗液清洗，如此重复互换数次，能又快又节省清洗液。
③取下空气帽，用专用刷子清洗。
