Among the varieties of exterior wall coatings, water-in-water multi-color coatings have gradually become the mainstream product. It is a water-based environmental protection coating that meets the requirements of environmental protection and pollution-free, so it is widely used. The water-in-water colorful marble paint is rich and colorful, and special colors can be provided according to requirements, and the simulation is very high, and the aesthetics of spraying is also very good. Commonly used cement wall, stainless steel, metal aluminum plate, plastic, glass, ceramic tile, EPS board, FRP, GRC and other materials.

Although the spraying of water-in-water multi-color paint is more beautiful, if the spraying effect of water-in-water paint is better, the key lies in how to better control the Spray Gun during use and how to pay attention to the details. The water-in-water construction process is the most critical part of the decorative effect of the water-in-water multicolor paint. This is also a key issue that water-in-water construction workers are concerned about.

The following are five aspects to explain the various details that should be paid attention to during the use of the Spray Gun.
First, the moving speed of the Spray Gun
The speed of movement of the Spray Gun is a critical focus in the construction process.

1) During the spraying process of water-in-water multi-color paint, if the moving speed of the Spray Gun is too high, the water-in-water surface coating will be relatively thin, and the coating effect will appear thin, not full, inferior, and the effect will not come out.
2) If the moving speed of the Spray Gun is too slow, the coating will be too thick, resulting in sagging.
3) The moving speed of the water-in-water Spray Gun should be such that the coating after spraying is full, uniform and wet. This kind of effect requires construction personnel with certain experience to make it.
Second, the control of the water-in-water Spray Gun trigger
The trigger of the Spray Gun is used to control the spraying flow rate of the Spray Gun. The deeper the trigger is pulled, the greater the flow rate of the water-in-water paint. During the movement of the Spray Gun of the electrostatic spraying equipment, the trigger is always pulled dead, not halfway. In order to avoid paint accumulation at the end of the shooting, generally experienced construction workers will slightly loosen the trigger to reduce the amount of material supplied.

Third, where the Spray Gun is aimed
During the spraying process, the Spray Gun and the wall should be kept vertical or as vertical as possible, because if the Spray Gun is skewed, the spray width will be deviated, the paint will flow to one side, and the other half will be short of paint, dry and thin, or even streaked coating will appear .
Fourth, the spraying distance
Generally speaking, for the multi-color paint gravity Spray Gun, the best working distance is between 15cm-20cm. If the Spray Gun is too close to the wall, it may cause the paint to flow. If the distance exceeds 20cm, it will easily lead to dry spray or overspray, which will make the parallel flow of the paint worse. The pressure-fed Spray Gun can be a little farther away from the wall, but it also needs to be controlled between 20cm-30cm.
Fifth, the gun holding posture of the Spray Gun
The Spray Gun is controlled by the palm and fingers. Generally, the palm, thumb, ring finger and little finger hold the Spray Gun, and the middle finger and forefinger pull the trigger. In actual operation, many construction workers will change their gun holding postures from time to time during long hours of work, and only use their thumb to hold the gun or their ring finger or little finger, and their middle finger and index finger to pull the trigger. In this way, spraying can greatly relieve fatigue and improve work efficiency.

If in the process of operating the Spray Gun, the above points can be operated well, the basic spraying effect will be more satisfactory.
