Common failures include the following:
1. The temperature control system of the constant temperature Incubator is out of control
(1) The temperature sensor is damaged or the temperature sensor is fixed and falls off. The solution: thermistor or fixed sensor circuit;
(2) Other components of the temperature control system are faulty, and the cause of the fault can be found out by troubleshooting;
2. The heating indicator light of the constant temperature Incubator is not on
(1) Poor contact of the bulb;
(2) The light bulb is broken;
(3) The heating system fails;
3. The constant temperature Incubator turns on the heating switch and does not heat
(1) The switch is disconnected from the circuit;
(2) Nickel-chromium wire disconnection;
(3) The temperature control knob is at the zero position;
4. Open the constant temperature Incubator and the temperature does not rise
(1) The set temperature is low, adjust the set temperature;
(2) The temperature sensor connection wire is loose, tighten the sensor connection wire nut;
(3) The electric heater is broken, replace the electric heater;
(4) The temperature controller is broken, change the temperature controller;
