How to use and instructions

The new generation of intelligent closed flash point Tester is designed for full touch operation, and the key functions are clearly defined, making the man-machine interface more friendly. Due to the use of large-screen LCD, the amount of information that can be displayed on the page is more abundant, reducing the number of switching display pages, and making it easier for users to learn to use the instrument. The instrument is divided into 5 display pages: 1. Start-up welcome page; 2. Standby page; 3. Test main page; 4. History page; 5. Instrument setting page; 6. Control interface.  

In the following key operation instructions, the highlighted numbers or graphics are the contents modified by the current adjustment

Boot into the welcome interface (Figure 1)

Press any area of ​​the screen to enter the standby interface (Figure 2)

1 Press the "Test" button to enter the test interface.

2 Press the "History" button to enter the history interface, where you can query the latest 50 experimental results.

3 Press the "Settings" button to enter the setting interface, which can be used to set the machine.

4 The time is displayed on the right side of the interface, and the time can be modified by pressing the dial.

1 Click the Test button to start the test.

2 Click the cooling button to manually cool down, or interrupt the test after starting the test.

1 Press the left arrow or right arrow button to turn pages up and down

2 Press the "Print" button to print the test results on this page

1 Press the "Sample Number" button to pop up a numeric keyboard for setting the sample number.

2 Press the "Auto Print" button to pop up a numeric keyboard to set the automatic print switch.

3. Adjust the temperature correction when the Pt100 detection result deviates from the actual value.

4. Adjust the air pressure correction when the result of the air pressure sensor deviates from the actual value.

5 Set the expected flash point.

1 In the manual control page, you can manually operate various components to check whether the instrument is working properly.


operation method

1 Connect the power supply.

2 Turn on the power switch, and the lifting arm will rise automatically.

3 Enter the setting page to set temperature, steps, sample number, automatic printing and other functions.

4 Put the oil cup containing the sample into the heater as required.

5 Enter the test page and click the test button to start the test.

6. Automatically calculate and display the flash point value after the test is completed. If the automatic printing is turned on, the test data will be automatically printed after the test is completed.


maintenance

1. The instrument shall not be installed in a place with corrosive gas. The corrosive gas may corrode the circuit part of the instrument and shorten the life of the instrument.

2 The instrument shall not be installed where the room temperature is lower than 5°C or higher than 40°C.

3 The instrument must not be installed in places exposed to direct sunlight.

4. The instrument shall not be installed near frequently operated electrical equipment.

5. The instrument shall not be installed in places with high humidity or near tap water discharge pipes.

6 The instrument shall not be installed in a place exceeding the specified power fluctuation.

7 In order to make the instrument work more reliably, it is recommended to use an electronic AC voltage stabilizer and have a good grounding.

8 The display screen of this instrument is a touch screen, do not scratch it with sharp hard objects; when the touch screen is dusty or greasy, wipe it off with a soft damp cloth.

9 After the test, clean up the oil sample in the test cup, and wipe off the temperature sensor, flash point detection sensor and other related places that may be stained with oil.

10 Before turning off the instrument, please make sure that all mechanical parts are in place, and then turn off the power.
