1. When using for the first time, do not plug in the external heater, place the stirring container, external heater, stirring bar, and temperature sensor well, adjust the speed knob to 0, connect the power cord, and turn the switch upwards, about 4 Seconds later, the display screen enters the standard state, the upper row is the temperature value measured by the sensor, and the lower row is the set value. At this time, you can set the desired temperature, press the temperature button, the upper row displays SP, turn the knob left or right, change the lower display to the desired set temperature, press the temperature button again to exit the setting, and return to the standard interface.
2. Adjust the range of pressure adjustment. If the heater power is 1000W and the set temperature needs to be about 100°C, it can be adjusted at about 40%. If you find that the temperature is overshooting, you can lower the percentage a little, and if you find that the temperature cannot go up, you can adjust the percentage a little higher.

1. If heating is not required, adjust the set temperature to the measurement temperature, and at the same time turn off the % knob, and the temperature rise indicator light will not light up and will not heat.
2. If the display PV displays "□□□□", it means that the sensor is open circuit or the sensor is not connected to the machine. If the display PV displays "□□□□", it means that the sensor is short-circuited and an alarm is issued.
3. The sensor is not placed in the container; within 2 minutes, no temperature rise of 0.5 degrees can be detected, the alarm will be issued, the heating will be stopped, and E03 will be displayed.
4. Oil leaks from the container during use, the temperature measured by the sensor drops, and the temperature drops by 4 degrees in 2 seconds. It will alarm, stop heating, and display E01.
5. If the set temperature exceeds 15 degrees or exceeds the range during use, it will alarm, stop heating, and display E02.
6. When there is no one at night, it can be adjusted to below 30%, as long as the temperature can be kept constant. Note: The buzzer can be turned off by operating the temperature button when an alarm occurs.
7. The sensor should be placed about 1 cm away from the heating ring.
8. Be sure to connect the heater during use, and observe the temperature rise indicator to distinguish whether the instrument is normal. a. When the percentage knob is closed, the heating indicator light is off. When the percentage knob is turned on, the temperature rise indicator light is on. Continue to rotate the percentage knob. . b. When the set temperature is about to be reached, it is normal for the temperature rise indicator to flash intermittently. If the temperature rise indicator is always on or flashes, the machine is faulty and needs to be reported for repair.
