Structure Description
The cabinet has a working room for placing the test sample. There is a sample shelf in the working room, and the sample can be placed on it for drying. If the test sample is large, the shelf can be removed. There is a A fairly thick insulation layer, in which glass fiber is used as insulation material. There is a glass door between the box doors for observing the situation in the working room [Optional].
Opening the exhaust valve can change the air in the working room and obtain fresh air. The temperature is automatically controlled by a digital display controller. The temperature controller, relay and all electrical control equipment are installed in the control layer on the side of the box. There is a side door that can be removed for use when checking or repairing lines.
There is an air duct between the left wall of the working room in the 101 series box and the insulation layer, and there are blower blades and layer-to-layer plates inside, and the blower can work when the switch is turned on.
*101-C type is a vertical air blowing cycle, with closed electric heating tubes on both sides of the studio for heating, and two sides of the top centrifugal blades blowing air. The temperature uniformity is better than ordinary circulating blast. Because the heating is on both sides of the studio, it is pushed into the heating chamber with the trolley.
Type 101, Type 202, and Type 104 electric heaters are installed under the working room in the box, and are divided into two groups, namely "power supply", "high temperature, low temperature", and there are indicator lights on the instrument to indicate the heating work. Internal heating, the green light off and the red light on indicate that the heating has stopped, that is, the constant temperature state.
Over-temperature alarm device, when the thermostat is over-temperature or out of control, the buzzer alarm reminds the user to cut off the power to eliminate the fault, which can avoid unnecessary losses and troubles [optional].
Instructions for use
Preparation before use:
1. The box is placed in a dry and horizontal place indoors, without using other fixing devices.
2. An air switch matching the current of the equipment should be installed in the power supply line for the special use of this box, and a wire twice as thick as the power line should be used as the grounding wire.
3. Before powering on, check the electrical performance of the electric box, and pay attention to whether there is an open circuit or leakage.
4. When everything is ready, you can put the test product, close the door, and unscrew the exhaust valve at the same time, the gap is about 10m/m, then you can connect the power supply and start working.
5. Do not remove the side door arbitrarily, disturb or change the circuit, only remove the side door when the box breaks down, check the circuit one by one, and contact the factory if there is a major fault.
6. There are differences in the models of temperature controllers for Drying Ovens with different models. Please confirm the model of the temperature controller before use. For the temperature control instrument with intelligent PID temperature control, please refer to the special instruction manual for the operation instructions. Ordinary digital display temperature controller, the preset set value of temperature is checked by the setting circuit setter (knob). Whether the display shows the current temperature measurement value or the set value is determined by the measurement and the state of the setting selection switch. When pressed, the set value is displayed. Turn the preset knob clockwise to adjust to the preset value, and press it again to resume displaying the measurement value.
7. When the temperature rises to the required working temperature (from the reading of the red digital display), the constant temperature point is where the indicator light turns on and off alternately. (It is very likely that the reading will continue to rise at a constant time, due to the influence of residual heat, it will stabilize after about half an hour)
8. When the temperature is constant, the high temperature switch can be turned off, leaving only one set of electric heaters working. Reduce power consumption and extend relay life.
9. After the temperature is constant, it can be used for a certain period of time according to the needs of the test. During this process, the temperature can be automatically controlled by the temperature controller in the box without manual management.
10. If you want to observe the condition of the test product in the studio, you can open the box and use a glass door in the box to observe it, but it is advisable to open the door infrequently, so as not to affect the constant temperature, and when the temperature rises to 300 ℃, open the door The glass door may crack due to rapid cooling.
11. When using the box, please read the instrument manual at the same time.
12. A manual and a certificate of conformity are included in the box.
13. Users should prepare their own power cords.
Precautions
1. This box is non-explosion-proof drying, so do not put flammable and volatile items into the drying box to avoid explosion.
2. This product is made of metal steel plate, sprayed with flat paint on the outside, and the studio is sprayed with high-temperature resistant silver powder paint as an anti-corrosion paint layer, so do not damage the paint layer, so as not to cause corrosion of the cabinet. *S type is 304 stainless steel liner.
3. The average load of the test sample shelf is 15 kg. When placing the test product, do not overcrowd or exceed it. At the same time, no test product or other things can be placed on the cooling plate to affect the hot air convection.
4. Before use, it is necessary to check the installation position of each heating wire of the heater to prevent accidents caused by overlapping or collision of the heating wires.
