This paper mainly introduces the portable Hardness Tester from four aspects of measurement principle, overall structure, hardware and software design, operation and debugging.
This article mainly adopts a portable non-Hardness Tester that uses a hydraulic system as a home device and uses a measurement method to determine the non-hardness value. In this way, it overcomes the problems that the traditional conventional Hardness Tester is not equipped with complex structure and fixed at home, and it is very good to deal with a large number of workpieces to be tested for Brinell hardness on site. This method can also effectively avoid human-induced errors. Detection of errors, for large workpieces, is very effective in improving work efficiency.
