1. After each work, the Spray Gun should be carefully rinsed , especially every hole in the nozzle and wind cap.
2. Carry out effective cleaning once a day before leaving work ( remove the nozzle, hood, gun needle). When cleaning the air hole, it is strictly forbidden to use hard steel wires (such as: pins, paper clips etc. ) Deformation will affect the atomization effect. It is recommended to use
SATA special cleaning kit.
3. After cleaning the Spray Gun, lubricate all detachable friction parts with SATA special lubricating oil , and be careful not to apply it to the front end of the gun needle.
4. When disassembling and installing the nozzle three-piece set parts, it should be operated . If the operating procedures are violated, it is easy to cause phenomena such as nozzle swelling and cracking .
5. The three-piece nozzle set cannot be exchanged arbitrarily with other nozzle sets of the same model, nor can one of the parts be replaced .
6. When adjusting the hood, the word "SATA" on the hood must not be inverted. Otherwise, the uniformity of the spray pattern may be affected .
7. It is recommended to install an air pressure gauge at the end of the Spray Gun to adjust and control the spraying air pressure. Stable air pressure can ensure uniform spraying color and consistent .
8. It is strictly forbidden to immerse the whole gun in the cleaning solvent, so as to prevent the solvent from entering the air pipe of the Spray Gun and causing damage to the Spray Gun.
9. If the spraying air pressure is too low, it will lead to serious orange peel pattern on the paint film and poor atomization; Uniform phenomenon (paint at both ends of the spray width is more than the middle part, that is,
It is the phenomenon of "rising the bar" and "rising the cloud" that is often said).
10. Check the fastening condition of each part . Especially the fixing bolt of the spray air pressure adjustment knob.
11. Keep the air hole in the lid of the gun pot unblocked, otherwise the flow of paint will be too small if it is inverted.
12. The plastic leak-proof ring in the gun pot should be kept intact . If it is broken, it should be replaced immediately to avoid paint dripping from the spout.
13. If compressed air leaks , the air connector and nozzle of the same specification should be replaced immediately. It is strictly forbidden to use paper tape or other similar objects to replace the seal, so as to prevent the generated tape debris from entering the air of the Spray Gun Duct that creates the gun air passage
clogged.
14. When using a SATA digital Spray Gun, do not open the battery box unless replacing the battery! Every time the battery compartment is opened , the entire battery pack needs to be replaced. If a used battery compartment cover is used, the battery will not be sealed properly and the product will not be entitled to the warranty
build.
15. It is strictly forbidden to use ultrasonic cleaning Spray Gun.
16. It is strictly forbidden to spray alkaline paint and abrasive spray materials (such as red lead and liquid steel grit, etc.) with the Spray Gun.
17. The solvent used for spraying and cleaning the Spray Gun is strictly prohibited to use acidic or alkaline liquid (such as recycling solvent ), otherwise it will easily cause corrosion and damage to the Spray Gun parts.
