ORP Pen Instructions
1. Remove the black protective cap, flip the switch on the top to turn on the ORP pen.
2. Insert the test pen into the test solution, stir gently, and wait for the number to stabilize before reading the value.
Note: Whether it is calibration or testing process, the liquid level of the liquid to be tested must not exceed the warning line of the pH pen.

3. After the instrument has been used for a period of time, it needs to be calibrated with a standard solution. The method is: clean the electrode part of the instrument, put it into the standard solution, and adjust the potentiometer on the instrument to make the instrument
to display 86±20mV
(Note: The rotation angle range of the correction potentiometer is 0~180 degrees, do not rotate it hard to avoid damage.)
Preparation of standard solution
Add 1 gram of quinhydrone to 100ml of buffer solution with pH7.00, and it can be used after fully dissolving.
quality assurance
The warranty period of this machine is one year (according to the date of purchase, the test electrode part is not covered by the warranty). During the warranty if there is a quality problem, the company will repair or replace parts for free; if it is caused by human factors, the failure or damage , the company wholeheartedly repairs it on its behalf, but it needs to charge the cost of materials. When returning the machine to our company , please wrap it properly with packing materials to avoid damage during transportation. In any case, please contact the company before returning the machine and get the approval of the company, and the machine can be returned.
