(8) The gas used in the verification shall be the standard gas provided by the unit approved and promulgated by the metrological administrative department and having the corresponding standard substance "Permit for Manufacturing Measuring Instruments" , or the standard gas generated by the standard gas distribution device certified by metrology .
(9) The equipment used for verification includes: gas standard substance, flow controller, zero point gas, stopwatch, decompression valve and gas circuit, calibration cover, insulation resistance meter, regulated supply.
(10) In order to ensure the measurement accuracy, the instrument should be calibrated regularly, and the calibration period should not exceed one year.
