Structural Design of Magnetic Drive Stir

The material of the flow-passing parts of the magnetic transmission agitator can meet the requirements of anti-corrosion and wear. The main shaft and the sealing barrel are generally selected from 1.4529 ((German brand 00Cr21Ni24Mo6N) material, the isolation sleeve is generally selected from 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and the sliding bearing is WC (tungsten carbide) [3 ,4]. 

The main material in the magnetic actuator is a permanent magnet material, and its performance is directly related to the performance of the magnetic actuator, which directly determines the reliability of the operation process. The permanent magnet material used to transmit torque needs to meet three conditions: one is to have a high residual magnetic induction intensity to obtain a larger magnetic force and magnetic moment; the other is to have a high coercive force and magnetic energy product, permanent magnet materials It is not easy to demagnetize; the third is to have good temperature stability. Based on this, magnetic actuators generally use NdFeB or SmCo magnets with excellent magnetic properties to make the magnetic rotor [5].
