1. For specific operations, refer to the "Help" function of each interface.

2. In order to avoid loss of records caused by temporary power failure, the "accumulated number of laps" needs to be manually cleared before each new test (use the "accumulate" function).

3. When the "current operation" reaches the "current setting" value, it will automatically stop and reset the "current operation".

4. The "Pause" button is used to temporarily suspend the operation, and the "Run" button can be used to continue the paused operation. "Clear current" when the workbench stops, it will restore to the new start state.

5. When the vacuum setting is set to "Auto", the vacuum cleaner will only be turned on during the working cycle (forward rotation-pause-reverse rotation), and will automatically stop when the working cycle ends.

1. Overview and safety requirements:

CCT-1 caster resistance Tester is suitable for evaluating the durability of elastic floor, fabric carpet and laminate floor surface. The principle is to use a certain load of 3 casters to repeatedly change direction, start and stop, and frequently pass the surface of the sample to test the durability of the sample, which is represented by the number of rotations of the sample. According to the ISO 4918-2009 standard, there are three different test methods:

(A) Appearance change evaluation at 5000 and 25000 cycles;

(B) 750 laps of gray card assessment of color change;

(C) Durability evaluation of 10000 cycles and 25000 cycles.

The caster resistance Tester is used in the testing process of chemical related products. Users should establish appropriate safety and health protection measures and determine rules and regulations according to relevant safety regulations before use. Safety issues related to contact with chemical products should be established by the user and are not within the scope of this instruction manual.

The company will continue to improve and develop products according to the needs of the market and users. This manual is subject to change without prior notice.

2. Main technical parameters:

1. Power supply: 220V 50Hz

2. Worktable speed: 19±1rpm

3. Speed of caster assembly: 50±1rpm

4. Working cycle: the worktable rotates 57 times forward - pauses for 5 seconds - reverses 57 times (this cycle)

5. The total pressurized mass of the caster assembly: 90±1kg

6. Dust suction capacity: >30L/s

7. Dimensions: length 1100×width 950×height 1600mm

8. Host weight: kg

3. Operating Instructions:

1. Turn on the power, turn on the main power switch in the electric control box, and the "power" indicator light will be on.

2. Put the "emergency stop" button in the release state. The "emergency stop" button is used for occasions where an emergency stop is required.

3. Insert the power plug of the vacuum cleaner into the socket at the back of the electric control box, and turn on the switch of the vacuum cleaner itself. You can set the "vacuum setting" to "manual" through the operation screen of the electric control box, and use "manual on" and "manual off" to check the working condition of the vacuum cleaner. When the "dust suction" indicator light of the electric control box is on, the vacuum cleaner should be on.

4. "Loading hand wheel" is used for loading and unloading of the caster assembly. Lowering the caster assembly to contact with the specimen and separating the loading hand wheel from the lower support sleeve means that the loading is completed; otherwise, it means unloading.

5. The test piece is fixed on the workbench with double-sided tape. Adjust the position of the "dust suction device" and the specimen, and confirm that the "dust suction device" is in the "automatic" state.

6. Set the "Current Setting" to the required number of laps (see the "Help" function on the main interface for the setting operation). Use "clear accumulated" to clear "accumulated laps". If it is a new test and the "current operation" is non-zero, it can be cleared with "clear current".

7. Close the front and back doors of the instrument, and use "Run" to start the test.

8. When the "current operation" count reaches the "current setting" value, the instrument will automatically stop (including the vacuum cleaner).

9. Evaluate the sample test situation to decide whether to end or continue the test.

4. Matters needing attention:

1. The front and back doors of the instrument are electrically interlocked. Once the door is opened, the instrument will automatically stop running. After closing the door, it can be resumed with "Run".

2. Avoid clearing or modifying the "current setting" when the workbench is running, otherwise it will affect the counting accuracy.

3. The reducer needs to add grease in time (usually every year).

4. The vacuum cleaner needs to be cleaned in time to avoid excessive dust accumulation and affect the vacuuming effect.
