I. Overview:

NZW-I type coating stain resistance test flushing device is mainly used in the coating stain resistance test process of architectural coating products, in line with the provisions of the national standard GB/T 9755-2001. The so-called stain resistance of the coating refers to the difficulty of removing the pollutants on the surface of the coating film after it is contaminated by dust, atmospheric suspended matter and other pollutants. The national standard stipulates that fly ash is used as the pollution medium, and it is mixed with water and painted on the coating sample; after drying, it is washed with water; The stain resistance of the layer. This test method is applicable to white and light colored paints. This flushing device is specially designed and manufactured for the flushing process of the test cycle, with a high degree of automation, simple and convenient installation and operation.

3. Installation instructions

Flush tank installation:

1. The flushing tank should be installed above the square bucket with water in and out against the wall.

2. The sample frame is placed at the bottom of the square bucket.

3. Measure upwards to 2048 on the basis of the inner bottom of the bucket, which is the installation base of the flush tank support (the lower bottom of the flush tank). Fix the flush tank support on the wall above the bucket with expansion bolts.

4. Fix the flushing tank on the bracket (properly adjust its front and rear position relative to the bucket), and cover the flushing tank cover.

5. Connect the upper and lower flushing water pipes together with straight-through pipe joints, and then screw them into the outlet of the solenoid valve at the lower part of the flushing Water Tank.

6. Connect the solenoid valve on the side of the flushing tank with the water source (the pipe is drained by the user himself).

7. Whether the overflow port on the other side of the flushing tank (used to prevent water overflow when the electric control box fails) and the outlet of the sewage ball valve at the bottom is piped can be chosen by the user.


Electric control box installation:

1. The electric control box should be installed on the wall near the water bucket, which is easy to operate and will not be exposed to water (fixed with expansion bolts).

2. Insert the plugs of the control parts (water level gauge, solenoid valve) into the socket of the electric control box, connect the power connection line of the electric control box to the power socket provided by the user, and turn on the power.


4. How to use the flushing device

This machine is used in the testing process of chemical products, and the user should establish appropriate safety and health protection measures and determine rules and regulations according to relevant safety regulations before use. Safety issues related to contact with chemical raw materials should be established by the user and are not within the scope of this manual.

1. Press the "power" switch on the electric control box to turn on the power. Set the timer to 60 seconds (preset before leaving the factory).

2. Open the water inlet valve (if any), press the "Water Inlet" button on the electric control box, the "Water Inlet" indicator light is on, and the flushing tank starts to fill in water. When the water level reaches the preset water level (15 liters), the "water inlet" indicator light goes off, and the water inlet automatically stops; at the same time, the "ready" indicator light is on, indicating that the flushing operation can be performed.

3. Place the sample to be tested prepared according to the standard on the sample frame at the bottom of the bucket, and align the outlet of the flushing pipe. Press the "Flush" button, the "Ready" indicator light goes out, and flushing starts at the same time; when flushing, the model should be moved appropriately according to the standard requirements; the flushing will automatically stop when the preset flushing time (60 seconds) is reached, and a flushing operation is completed. At this time, the "water in" indicator light is on, and the flushing tank starts to automatically fill in water; when the water level reaches the preset water level, the "water in" indicator light is off, and the water inflow stops automatically; at the same time, the "ready" indicator light is on, indicating that the next flushing can be performed .

4. Before finishing the last flushing operation, you can reset the "Water Inlet" button (lightly press it to make it pop up), so that the flushing tank will not automatically fill in water after the flushing stops. After finishing the last flushing operation, you can press the "Drain" button on the electric control box to drain the remaining water in the flushing Water Tank; after the draining is completed, please reset the "Drain" button (press lightly to make it pop up), otherwise the next operation The flush tank will not automatically fill even if the "fill" button is pressed.

5. After the end of the test on the day, please turn off the "power" switch and cut off the power supply; at the same time, do a good job of cleaning and maintenance of the equipment and the surrounding environment.


5. Precautions for use

1. It is strictly forbidden to press the buttons on the electric control box with wet hands.

2. Even if the "Flush" button is pressed when the "Ready" indicator light is not on, flushing will not start.

3. Please cut off the power supply and close the water inlet valve (if any) at the end of the work. It is better to install a water cut-off ball valve on the water inlet pipe of the user.

4. If the tap water for flushing contains a lot of impurities, please add a filter device to the water inlet pipeline to avoid blockage of the solenoid valve. After the flushing tank has been used for a period of time, please open the drain ball valve at the bottom of the flushing tank to discharge the impurities deposited at the bottom of the flushing tank.
