QCJ film impact Tester (Painted film impact meter) instruction manual

1. Purpose:

Designed according to the GB1732 standard, the impact strength of the paint film is measured by dropping a heavy object from a high place to impact the paint film.

2. Working principle:

Set the hammer at the required height by the controller fixing screw, and its height can be read from the positioning mark. When the control pin is pressed, the spring of the controller is compressed. At this time, the round hole of the control slider is aligned with the round holes of the upper cover of the controller and the lower bottom of the controller. The hook falls off and the connected weight falls to hit the punch. The punch acts downward on the sample plate placed on the iron drill in advance, then the weight is lifted, and the tested sample plate is taken out to observe the test condition of the paint film on the sample plate.

3. Specifications:

1. Scale on the sliding cylinder of the instrument: 0~50 cm, the division is 1 cm

2. Hammer weight: 1000 g±1 g

(Lead pellets can be added or subtracted in the hammer body to change the weight of the hammer)

3. Steel ball at punch end: 8 mm

4. Iron drill groove diameter: 15 mm0.3 mm

The radius of curvature of the edge is 2.5 to 3 mm

4. How to use:

1. After the paint film is completely dry, place the paint sample on the iron drill (2) with the paint film facing up, and the impacted part of the sample is not less than 15mm from the edge. If a sample is used for several tests, it should be noted that the distance between the edges of each impact point shall not be less than 15mm.

2. Fix the screw (5) with the controller, and fix the height according to the product standard.

3. Use the weight fixing screw (8) to raise the weight, and the hook on the weight is automatically hooked by the controller.

4. Press the control pin (7), and the heavy hammer will fall freely on the punch (3).

5. Lift the heavy hammer, take out the model, and use a 4 times magnifying glass to observe whether there are cracks, wrinkles and peeling off the paint film.

6. If there is an appropriate description in the product standard, the special paint film can be tested by the anti-impact method. At this time, the paint film of the sample should be placed on the iron drill facing down for the test.

7. The test should be carried out under constant temperature and humidity conditions.
