Using a paint pump with a much larger capacity than required to deliver paint will cause a lot of waste, so it is necessary to select a paint pump that is suitable for the discharge volume. To understand the paint pump's capability, the maximum discharge volume (at no load) is an approximate standard, but it is more important to compare the discharge volume actually required for painting operations with the discharge volume per cycle of the paint pump. And the shorter the working cycle of the pump, the better the durability of the pump, and it is also beneficial to prevent the pulsation of the paint.
