How many types of paint Spray Guns can be divided into?
Answer: Paint Spray Guns can be divided into 3 types of atomization technology Spray Guns according to their different atomization techniques:
1. Traditional Spray Gun with high-pressure atomization , the atomization pressure is about 3.0bar (1bar= 100kPa);
2. Low-flow and medium-pressure atomization technology type paint-saving effective Spray Gun, atomization pressure 1.2 ~ 1.3bar;
3. High-flow low-pressure atomization technology type environmental protection paint-saving Spray Gun , atomization pressure is not higher than 0.7bar.
What is the difference in transfer efficiency between Spray Guns with different atomization technologies ?
Answer: The transfer efficiency of the Spray Gun is commonly known as " effective ". The transfer efficiency of traditional Spray Guns is 35~45%; the transfer efficiency of RP paint-saving effective type (low flow and medium air pressure ) and HVLP environmental protection paint-saving type (high flow and low air pressure) are both higher than 65%, in line with developed countries Relevant environmental protection regulations formulated by the state.
What are the models of traditional topcoat Spray Guns?
Answer: There are 3 types of traditional Spray Guns: 1. SATAjet H traditional bottom paint Spray Gun; 2. SATAjet B traditional top paint Spray Gun; 3. SATAjet C portable top paint Spray Gun.
What is the function of the white plastic cover in the traditional bottom paint Spray Gun paint pot ?
Answer: The paint pot of the traditional bottom paint Spray Gun is equipped with a white rubber cover, which can effectively prevent the paint from dripping out of the watering pot; since the paint in the watering pot is continuously drawn out, in order to fill the fresh air the paint is drawn out , A small round hole was left on the lid of the watering can. When the small round hole is blocked, it will make it difficult for fresh air to flow into the watering can, causing the paint to be difficult to spray, thus affecting the spraying quality.
Why can't the air adjustment knob of the Spray Gun turn off the compressed air ?
Answer: The compressed air adjustment knob can continuously adjust the spraying air pressure , but it cannot completely close the inflow of compressed air. It has a certain insurance effect when the air pressure is adjusted to cause misoperation .
Why does the air pressure not change when the air adjustment knob of the Spray Gun is turned left and right ?
Answer: You can disconnect the Spray Gun from the compressed air system first , remove the hexagon socket bolt of the adjustment knob, and check whether the air guide hole of the adjustment knob is inserted . The correct installation method is: insert the air guide hole into the lower end of the Spray Gun handle, rotate clockwise 90° at the same time, and then insert the fixing bolt to fix it. In particular, it is strictly forbidden to connect the compressed air before the fixing bolt of the adjustment knob is installed, otherwise it may cause injury to the operator and the surrounding people.
How to adjust the gun needle position when spraying?
Answer: When spraying, the gun needle should be adjusted as far back as possible to avoid long-term severe friction between the paint and the front end of the gun needle, thereby shortening the service life of the three-piece Spray Gun set (needle, nozzle and hood). If the gun needle needs to be adjusted backwards, the paint flow rate may be too large, and it is recommended to choose a nozzle model with a slightly smaller caliber.
What does HVLP mean? How is it different from traditional Spray Guns ?
Answer: HVLP (High=high; Volume= flow ; Low=low; Pressure=pressure), it mainly optimizes the air pressure of the Spray Gun hood (air nozzle) , that is, the atomization air pressure of the paint. The atomizing air pressure of HVLP not higher than 0.7bar is much lower than the 3.0bar air pressure of traditional Spray Guns . By reducing the excessive atomization caused by spraying, the loss , the transfer efficiency of the paint (the effective utilization rate of the paint) is improved, and the transfer efficiency of the traditional Spray Gun is increased from 35% to 45% to more than 65%.
