⑴掌握好喷枪在移动过程中与被喷构件的角度。为了便于操作,操作人员应以一字步或丁字步站立,在喷枪移动过程中,不论是横形的喷雾还是纵形的喷雾,在上下或左右移动时,均要保持喷枪与工作表面成90°,并以与表面相同的距离和稳定一致的速度移动,否则漆膜可能不均匀。绝不可由手腕或手肘作弧形的摆动,否则被涂构件的漆膜厚薄不匀,厚处可能出现流挂,薄处可能出现露底,一部分漆雾在空气中流失。只有在小面积喷涂时才允许喷枪作扇形摆动,因为这时要求漆膜中间厚两边薄。

⑵掌握喷嘴与被涂构件之间的距离。汽车漆喷涂距离以 150 ~ 200 mm 为佳(可按油漆供应商提供的工艺条件操作)。若喷涂距离小,就容易产生流挂、起皱和喷涂不均匀等弊病;喷涂距离大,涂料的利用率低,同时涂料微粒在空中的时间也长,这对油漆来说,可能漆雾到达工件表面时因黏度过大而影响它的流平,产生橘皮与微粒。而正常的喷涂距离应与喷枪气压、喷枪的扇面调整大小以及涂料的种类相配合。

⑶ Master the spraying air pressure. Choosing the correct spraying air pressure is related to many factors, such as the type of paint, the type of diluent (fast, slow), the viscosity after dilution, etc. During the spraying operation, the liquid material is atomized as much as possible, and at the same time, the solvent contained in the liquid material is required to evaporate as little as possible. Generally, the air pressure is adjusted to 0.35 ~ 0.50 MPa, or it depends on the debugging and spraying. It is necessary to develop a good habit of strictly abiding by the construction parameters provided by the paint manufacturer's product manual in order to achieve satisfactory results. Proper spray air pressure is the minimum required to obtain proper spray, emission rate and spray pattern. If the pressure is too low, the atomization may not be good, and the paint is sprayed on the surface of the component like rain, which is prone to sagging, pinholes, and foaming. If the pressure is too high, it may evaporate excessively , and in severe cases, the so-called dry spray phenomenon will be formed.

⑷掌握好雾形。喷涂前需要在遮盖纸上测量雾形,这一点很重要,是对喷枪的距离、气压的综合性的测定。试验时喷嘴与墙面相距约手掌打开时一手宽,把扳机扳到底再立刻放开,喷出的漆会在试纸上留下细长形状的印迹。然后测试雾形内油漆分布的均匀性。放松气帽卡环,拧动气帽,使气帽角处在垂直上下的位置,这时气帽产生的雾形是水平方向。再次喷涂,这次一直扳住扳机,直到漆液开始往下流(此为淹没雾形)。检查各段流挂的长度,如果各项调整正确,各段流挂的长度近似相等;如果喷束太宽或气压太低,流挂呈分开形状,可把雾形控制阀拧紧半圈,或把气压提高 0.035MPa,交替进行这两项调试,直到流挂长度均匀;如果流挂中间长两边短,则是因喷出的漆太多,应把控漆阀拧紧,直到流挂长度均匀。

⑸掌握好喷枪移动的速度。喷枪的移动速度与涂料的干燥速率、环境温度、涂料的黏度有关。移动速度约为 0.3 m/s。移动速度过快,会使漆膜粗糙无光,漆膜流平性差;移动过慢,会使漆膜过厚发生流挂。所以速度需要一致,否则漆膜厚薄不匀。喷涂过程中绝对不能让喷枪停住不走,否则会产生流挂。使用干燥较慢的涂料,可适当提高移动速度至 0.4 ~ 0.8 m/s。

⑹ Master the spraying method and route. Spraying methods include longitudinal overlapping method, horizontal overlapping method and vertical and horizontal alternate spraying method. The spraying route should be carried out sequentially from high to low , from left to right, from top to bottom, first inside and then outside. The Spray Gun should be moved steadily according to the planned stroke, release the trigger when it reaches the end of the one-way stroke, and then pull the trigger again to start spraying . Shutting off the gun at the end of the stroke avoids sagging and minimizes paint spatter. Difficult-to-spray parts, such as corners or edges, should be sprayed first, facing the part to be sprayed, so that both sides of the corner or edge can get half of the spray paint. The Spray Gun distance is 2.5 ~ 50.0 cm closer than normal, and all edges and corners are sprayed before spraying horizontal surfaces. For vertical panels usually start at the uppermost end of the panel with the nozzle flush with the upper edge. The stroke of the second one-way movement is opposite to the first stroke, the nozzle is flush with the lower edge of the first stroke, the upper half of the mist shape overlaps with the lower half of the first mist shape, and the overlapping range should be the second. The second layer overlaps the upper layer by about 1/3 or 1/2. The lower part is sprayed on the unsprayed area, and it should always be mixed with the "wet edge" of the previous sprayed part. The overlapping joints at the beginning of spraying should be selected properly to avoid double coating and sagging. Allow a few minutes for flash-off between coats.
