There are several methods of Spray Gun spraying in automobile painting, including horizontal spraying method, longitudinal spraying method, vertical and horizontal cross method, horizontal double method and so on.
1. Horizontal spraying method.
The spray pattern is straight, and the right hand grasps the Spray Gun , starting from the upper left side of the operator, and moving the wrench from left to right.
When traveling to the distance of a joint (the distance is controlled by the individual, generally 800-1 000 mm), quickly go down and back and forth to the left. The interface is generally 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, which can be mastered according to the variety of paint. After spraying one area, spray another surface in sequence. According to the habit, it can also be sprayed from the opposite direction, that is, spraying upward from the lower right side of the operator.
2. Longitudinal spraying method.
The method is similar to the horizontal spraying method, except that the nozzle pattern of the Spray Gun is changed to the horizontal direction, and the Spray Gun runs back and forth from the upper left or upper right. It can also run back and forth .
3. Vertical and horizontal cross method.
When spraying, spray back and forth vertically for the first time, and spray back and forth horizontally for the second time, and change the direction of the pattern each time.
4. Horizontal dual method and vertical dual method.
The spraying direction remains unchanged, and after the first pass, spray according to the original method. The above various operation methods should be randomly selected according to the variety of paint.
