Fusheng Air Compressor Operating Specifications
1. Check that all protective devices and safety accessories are in good condition before starting the Air Compressor , otherwise it is not allowed to start.
2. Before starting, check whether the lubricating oil surface of the Air Compressor meets the standard.
3. The pressure gauge is calibrated once a year, the external inspection of the gas storage tank and the conduit joint is once a year, and the internal inspection and hydraulic strength test are performed every three years, and detailed records must be made. Indicate the working pressure and the date of the next test on the gas storage tank.
4. The safety valve of the Air Compressor needs to do an automatic start-up test every month and calibrate it every six months, and add a lead seal.
5. When inspecting, repairing or maintaining the Fusheng Air Compressor, care should be taken to prevent sawdust, iron filings, wipes, etc. from falling into the cylinder, air storage tank and conduit of the Air Compressor.
6. The parts cleaned with diesel oil need to run for 10 minutes without load before they can be put into normal work.
7. When the Air Compressor is in operation or the equipment is under pressure, no maintenance and repair work is allowed.
8. Always pay attention to the changes of the pressure gauge pointer during the operation of the Air Compressor, and it is forbidden to operate the machine under the pressure exceeding the specified pressure.
9. If there are abnormal sounds, smells, vibrations or failures during operation, stop the machine immediately and repair it before continuing to use it.
10. Before starting the water-cooled Air Compressor, turn on the cooling water valve first, and then turn on the motor. When there is no cooling water or the water is cut off, the operation should be stopped immediately.
11. Non-computer room operators are not allowed to enter the computer room, because work needs to be approved by relevant departments; no flammable and explosive materials are allowed in the Air Compressor room.
12. After the work is completed, the residual gas in the gas storage tank should be released. Cooling water should be drained in winter.
