From the analysis of the experimental results, it is understood that the corrosion resistance of the steel plate after rolling is better than that of the annealed steel plate; the surface residues have a significant impact on the uniformity of the corrosion resistance distribution of the rolled steel plate, and the corrosion resistance of the steel plate after cleaning The fineness is better than that before cleaning; while the surface corrosion resistance uniformity of the steel plate after annealing is relatively poor, and the corrosion resistance of the cleaned steel plate is better than that of the uncleaned steel plate. It can be understood that the main problem of surface cleanliness of cold-rolled sheet is due to the formation of multi-factor variables in the raw material-rolling-annealing-storage process, which directly affects its corrosion resistance.
