Graphic Analysis Cold rolled steel plate U-shaped bending springback simulation and experiment

Regarding the springback simulation and experimental discussion of U-shaped bending of cold-rolled steel plates, in the bending forming method, a common bending form is U-shaped bending. However, the springback of bent parts is a difficult technical problem to solve in U-shaped bending. In this paper, based on the U-shaped bending characteristics, DYNAFORM software is used to simulate the U-shaped bending of cold-rolled steel plates ST14 and SPCC under various forming parameters. The effect of free bending springback thus provides a reference method for process control and numerical simulation of cold-rolled steel sheet bending springback.
