RCA tape wear machine is mostly used for shell wear test of mobile phone key printing, mobile phone shell, MP3, CD player, laptop, PDA, electrical shell and other products. The test steps are as follows:
1) Load the sample in the normal way
2) Turn on the motor
3) The motor can be stopped regularly, and the rocker arm can be lifted by hand to check whether it is worn to the substrate
4) If the test has not been completed, put down the swing arm and restart the motor to continue the test
Note: The above viewing methods will not affect the accuracy of the test.
Note: To convert the number of continuous revolutions into standard revolutions, multiply the number of continuous revolutions by 2.5 times
Note: Some laboratories will stop the experiment after performing the experiment to a certain minimum number of rotations that meets the requirements, which can save time, consumables such as paper tape and O-ring.
Note: When making N sets of leader tapes, the continuous loop test is easier and faster than the standard loop test.
