Effect of leveling fluid on corrosion resistance performance of Cold rolled steel plate

In this paper, electrochemical methods, Kelvin probe detection technology, infrared spectroscopy, and industrial atmospheric coupons are used to study the effects of two different types of leveling liquids, inorganic leveling liquid A and organic type leveling liquid B, on the surface corrosion resistance of cold-rolled steel plates. A comparative analysis was carried out. From the test results, it can be concluded that the film-forming speed and corrosion resistance of inorganic leveling liquid on the surface of cold-rolled steel plate are better than those of organic leveling liquid; liquid. Due to the advantages of good coating performance, excellent stamping performance, and relatively low price, cold-rolled sheets are widely used in many automobile manufacturers. In the production process of cold-rolled steel sheets in steel mills, the tempering process is a very important process. It is a cold finish rolling process performed by strip steel at a reduction rate of 0.3% to 3.0% after recrystallization annealing. The leveling process determines the surface state, shape, mechanical properties and process properties of the finished strip to a large extent.
