The text mainly introduces the feasible scheme of numerical control constant pressure speed regulation of Air Compressor. Based on the research and discussion of the operation of the Air Compressor system, it is shown that the application of the switched reluctance speed regulating motor to drive the Air Compressor makes the pressure monitoring feedback value and the set value close-loop control the motor speed, and realizes the method of constant pressure air supply. It proves that the switched reluctance speed motor can accurately supply air with numerical control and constant pressure, has good starting performance and is energy-saving and effective, and is very suitable for the use requirements of the Air Compressor system. For a long time, Air Compressors have always been started with reduced pressure and operated at power frequency and constant speed. Because the selection of Air Compressors is based on the maximum demand for compressed air, in order to ensure that the air pressure is within a certain range , the Air Compressor should frequently change its operation mode according to the air demand [1]. Since the Air Compressor cannot rule out the possibility of long-term operation under full load during design, the motor can only be selected according to the maximum demand, so the selected motor capacity is generally larger.
